The Last Book-Haul of 2017

December is here, and my exams are fast approaching. Yet, I managed to snag some really awesome novels in a Book Sale this Sunday!

When I first told my Dad about the sale, he gave me a flat out no, reasoning that I've exams and I need to study!

So I spent the whole shopping trip sulking and saying no to everything he asked me if I wanted. I was really, really sad.

Next thing I know, we're parking in front of the sale venue!

I promised Dad I won't read any of these till my exams end (March 10, ugh!) and finally got to buy these beauties for Rs. 850, around $14.

Here's the list, with Goodreads links if you wanna check any of them out:

The Mystery Of Mercy Close by Marian Keyes.

My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult.
(This was the first book I read by Jodi Picoult, though it was a borrowed copy that I read. I finally have my own copy!)

Only To Die Again by Patrick Lee.

Handle With Care by Jodi Picoult.

The Husband's Secret by Liane Moriarty.

Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill.

Resurrection Men by Ian Rankin.

Dead As A Doornail by Charlaine Harris.

Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult.

A Year At Star And Sixpence by Holly Hepburn.

Fortune's Rock by Anita Shreve.

Have you read any of these? I can't wait for my exams to come and go so I can read these! 💖

  3. Awww your pouting til you get your books is how I used to pout to get mine. It never worked out quite as well for me though. My mom would just buy me stuff I didn't want...like clothes, and shoes, and make up. Pointless stuff.
