Psychic Lucy Ryan has always kept her so-called gift a secret. Until she "saw" a mysterious incident in a dream and tried to stop it--too late. Now she's having vivid, arousing dreams of making love with a sexy stranger. So when Justin Guidry--the man of her dreams--suddenly shows up in her life she isn't really surprised....
P.I. Justin offers to help Lucy figure out what's going on. But he isn't aware he's starring in all her nighttime fantasies...even as he's entertaining a few sexual fantasies of his own.
The nightmare begins with Lucy's next vision. She dreams that Justin has been shot while protecting her. Can she change the fate of the man she's now fallen in love with?

Cover Review:

The cover didn't have a special appeal or beauty. Its just a simple cover that might not have caught my attention had I been a 'judge the book by it's cover' kind of girl.

Review:

(Thanks to NetGalley for the review copy!)

The novel itself begins with an erotic dream, making the main theme of the book pretty clear.

Though that's not what it's all about. There's a murder mystery to solve. And the author has done quite a nice work of combining the two.

Full of mystery, threat, passion and dreams, In Dreams is an exciting mix of themes that proved to be an entertaining read.

Though I wasn't able to really 'connect' with the characters, that's one fault I found in this otherwise awesome novel.

The best thing about this book was its pace. It didn't drag, not once. It was fast paced, full of action and that's what I always look for in a book.

4.5 Stars for its brilliance, its pace and everything else.
